DPRK plans to scrap tourism deal with South Korea, find new partner

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) announced plans to scrap a tourism deal with South Korea at the famed Mountain Kumgang area and instead will start a new tourism plan with a new partner, the official news agency KCNA confirmed Thursday.
According to the report, the DPRK will freeze some of South Korea's assets in
Mount Kumgang, expel South Korean personnel there, and nullify the tourism
deal with South Korean company Hyundai Asan.
The DPRK will start a new "business enterprise" with a new partner to explore
tourism in Mount Kumgang, the report said. But it didn't specify the new
partner.
The DPRK also threatened to "entirely reevaluate" its joint industrial park at
Kaesong with South Korea if inter-Korean relations do not improve, KCNA and
South Korea's Yonhap said.
